The Terms of Service is subject to change in the future without prior notice.This agreement is between I, East (digimi07), the Artist, and you, the Client, for work services performed on a project known as the Work. Keep in mind that I do not take any responsibility if you have not read them.By commissioning me, you agree to the terms and conditions written below:

Add-ons.

× Note: The add-ons rates are applicable to all types of commission unless stated.

General Terms.

× I accept commission requests through DM (Twitter or Instagram) & Email.
× You will only receive a digital file and no physical version will be delivered.
× I have the right to decline any commission requests if I feel I am unable to fulfil your requests.
× Do not ask for a commission unless you have the necessary funds.
× There will be extra charge for commercial/business/corporate works.
× Payment must be sent after the references and final amount to pay are presented or I will not proceed.
× Prices are just a starting points. It will increase depending on the complexity of the commission.
× Do not use the commission to any blockchain-related technology, NFTs, cryptocurrency, blockchain, AI, Machine Learning Training, or to any profit organizations. Such usage is completely prohibited and may result in legal action taken.

Workflow.

× Send all the references via DM once I accepted the commission request.
× Sketching process will start after you make the payment.× Revision 1: Major changes (composition, pose, expression, etc.) can only be requested during the sketch period.
× Lineart will start after the sketch(es) are confirmed by the commissioner.× Revision 1: Minor changes (change in base color)
× Rendering will start after the base color version is confirmed by the commissioner.
× I will send an update of the final rendered art via DM and no more revision is allowed during this phase.× After everything is completed, I will send you a google drive link with the JPEG/PNG files of the final artwork.
× Commissions are usually finished within 1-2 weeks, some might take more, depending on my schedule and on the difficulty of the artwork.WORKING DAYS.

SAT - SUN: DAY OFF

Payment.

× Commissions must be paid 100% upfront.
× All commission rates and invoice that will be sent to the client will be in PHP.
× All transactions will be made via PayPal with an invoice for international clients or via Maya for local (PH) clients.
× Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot. Once the payment breakdown is confirmed by you, I will send you the invoice and send an update via DM.IMPORTANT NOTE:
I found out that except for the PayPal fee that's been deducted from my commissions, there's also a currency conversion fee that needs to be covered in order to convert USD to PHP. That's why all commission rates are now displayed in PHP and all invoice(s) will be send in PHP also instead of USD so there's no conversion needed as it will directly reflect with just a transaction fee deducted.

- Selling printed goods

(the artwork brings you any kind of profit, but the art is not the main selling point (book cover, music video illustration, brochure art, song cover illustration, logo art, etc.))Type C: Multiplier ×5 at base price
(when you are going to sell merchandise of any shape or form focused on the artwork (PAID merchandise like stickers, keychains, prints, etc.))× NOTE: Commercial fees are applied per product (ex. if you use a commission for stickers and charms, you need to pay two separate commercial fees).EXTRAS.
× 1.5x price: Private fee (comms that cannot be posted)
× 2x price: RAW PSD file

Copyright/Usage.

× I claim all the rights of the commissioned artwork, not the commissioner.
× Please always credit me by tagging me whenever you post or use the commission. (Twitter: @digimi07/IG:@digimi07)◦ As the artist, I am allowed to use the artwork to:
- Promote myself with it everywhere.
- Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)
- Post it wherever I want (unless stated otherwise by the client)◦ As the commissioner, you are allowed to:
- Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise.
- Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.
- Use the artwork to promote themselves◦ The following is considered as copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially; means making a profit from it in anyway without the license.
- Claiming the artwork as your own.
- Removing my signature from the artwork.
- Altering/editing the artwork without my consent.

Refunds.

× Refund is only available if I have not started(sketch) working on the commission.
× You can cancel the commission if payment has not been sent yet.
× You will not get 100% refund, but only a 90% Refund because Paypal takes fee. So, please think carefully before commissioning.
× If for any reason I am unable to start/finish your commission, you will receive a full refund.
× If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
